Returns

RETURNS

We want you satisfied with your purchase so if for any reason you are not, we do accept returns on all full-price orders within 5 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for return shipped charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.​

To return items please contact us at info@simplymintboutique.com. For faster response, please include "Order Return" in the subject line of your email. Be sure to include your name, and order number in the body of the email. Please do not return items until you have received email authorization to do so.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your credit or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.

International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following:

  • Any discounted items
  • Shoes
  • Jewelry
  • Handbags

*There is a limit of 3 returns per customer per year. 

Simply Mint Boutique reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the return policy requirements stated above.

EXCHANGES

We do allow exchanges. Exchanges must be made within 5 business days from the day the merchandise is delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive an exchange. You are responsible for return shipped charges. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the item you wish to exchange for in the body of the email. Please do not return items until you have received email authorization to do so.

Please note that due to many of our items being a one-time offering or release, we cannot guarantee we will have the same item for exchange. If we are unable to offer you an exchange we will provide you with a store credit to use on your next purchase.
